Step 1: You go to the taskbar and type cmd => then you right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator

Step 2: You type the command “slmgr.vbs /ipk yourlicensekey” to install a Windows 10 license key

For example, my Windows 10 is Windows 10 Pro. So I type:
slmgr.vbs /ipk W269N-WFGWX-YVC9B-4J6C9-T83GX

Step 3: You use the command “slmgr.vbs /skms s8.uk.to” to connect to my KMS server.

Step 4: The last step to activate your Windows you, use the command “slmgr.vbs /ato“.

Note:

1. Sometimes my KMS servers are busy. So you will receive the error 0xc004f074

You type “slmgr.vbs /ato” again to reconnect my KMS servers.

2. If my KMS servers are busy, you can use new KMS servers: kms8.msguides.com

slmgr.vbs /skms kms8.msguides.com

slmgr.vbs /ato

Done.

You check the activation status again.
